What to expect:
An Immersive Journey through the 9 Energy Centers of the Maya
Join us in the red rocks of Sedona for a deeply nourishing weekend of ceremony, movement, reflection and connection.
Together we’ll explore themes of belonging, ancestry, embodiment, intuition, sacred expression, and spiritual connection. Through somatic practices, time on the land, ritual and community. We’ll remember what it means to return to ourselves and reconnect with the sacred wisdom that lives within.
This Retreat honors Maya teachings with reverence & humility.

Day 1
Arrival & Soft Landing
Before we journey inward, we first arrive. This opening day is about softening into the space, connecting with the land and one another, and allowing ourselves to transition from the busyness of everyday life into a slower, more intentional rhythm. We'll gather over a shared meal and begin weaving the community that will hold us throughout the weekend.

We begin by grounding into the wisdom of the Earth & the lower energy centers, exploring themes of belonging, life force, intuition and creativity.

We will be staying at a private 10‑acre group‑lodging retreat in Cottonwood, Arizona near Sedona, AZ.
02 / Double & Single occupancy lodging
A peaceful space to unwind and recharge. Each double occupancy room is designed to enhance your retreat experience. We will have shared shower and bathrooms available.

03 / Collaborative Energy
Returning to the Sacred Womb is an invitation to come home to yourself, but you won't be walking that path alone. We'll gather in circle, share stories, hold space for one another, and remember what it feels like to be deeply supported. There is something so healing about being witnessed, cared for, and surrounded by community.
Returning to the Sacred Womb is a 3-day restorative Sedona retreat rooted in healing, ancestral wisdom, embodiment, and community. Join us for a weekend of ceremony, herbalism, gentle practices, and sacred connection as we return home to ourselves.
