Welcome to

The Garden

We’re so glad you’re here!

A space for BIPOC women to slow down, reconnect, and tend to themselves through embodied, ancestral, and somatic practices.

This is a container for witnessing, unlearning, remembering, and returning to self.

A space where you are supported to move slowly, feel safely, and reclaim embodied wisdom.

Our Roots

〰️

Our Roots 〰️

The Garden of Self was born from lived experience.

From navigating systems that asked us to override our bodies.
From holding space for others while learning to hold ourselves.
From witnessing how healing spaces can sometimes replicate harm when they are not rooted in cultural awareness and nervous system safety.

We created the Garden as a response.

A response to urgency culture.
A response to disconnection.
A response to spaces that center performance over presence.

This work is shaped by our identities as BIPOC women, therapists, facilitators, and practitioners who understand healing not just as a concept—but as a lived, ongoing relationship.

Every offering inside this space is intentionally designed to support:
returning to safety within yourself
• reconnection to the body
• cultural and ancestral remembering
• community care over individual isolation

This is not a one-size-fits-all path.

It is a garden—where each person is supported in growing their own way, at their own pace.
